Steps:

Grind coffee at medium setting

Rinse filter with 210°F water

Bloom: Pour to 50 g water, wait 30 seconds

Continuous pour stages:

Pour to 100g,

Pour to 150g

Pour to 200g
-
Final pour to 250g, NO swirl

Target brew time: 3:00 - 3:30 minutes

Note: Sylvia’s coffee is quite malleable - tighter ratios show brightness and calamity, while this 1:2 shows more balance and fall vibes.
